Slow download speed

Hi, we recently moved to NOW TV from Sky and ever since have has intermittent slowing issues of the broadband. When I run a diagnostic test there are no errors however we only achieve around 5-10 bps download when I run speed tests and pay for super fibre. Is anyone else in the same boat? Have we been put on the wrong tariff? Any solutions would be greatly received

When did you join NOW, has it been over 10 days?

Are the slow speeds on Wi-Fi or Ethernet?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

It’s been 5 weeks now and no improvement. Mainly Wi-Fi but we have boosters around the house that allowed effective usage with other providers. The download speed guaranteed is 50 and we normally only get 10

Try splitting the Wi-fi bands.

Have you tried a wired test? What does the router say your sync speed is?
