According to NOWTV technical tests I have a ticketyboo 40mbs service. Why is it so slow then? A check on an independet test suggests my speed is actually 4mbs. Unworkable for a home worker and no-one to talk to get this resolved. I'd like this resolved sooner rather than later. Otherwise this is a breach of contract
