Been having problems with my Internet for nearly 4 months now. Really slow speeds and keeps going on and off when it wants. Finally they sent an engineer out yesterday to fix the problem. The Internet seemed fine again lastnight,,, but now I'm back to square 1 again with slow speeds 😠. Had to phone them up again,, and I am now being sent a new router, How will this make a difference?? I'm just thinking of cancelling altogether
