Sky sports day / 3 month pass

I recently purchased the full sky sports day pass which said it came with a 3 month mobile pass as part of a special offer. However the days pass has now ended and the mobile pass does not work. Can someone help me with this or process a full refund?

As a guess did you get a voucher code with the mobile pass?

no code, it says it loads onto your account automatically. I’ve just noticed that it can take up to 10 days so I guess I’ll just wait it out

Did you have any luck with this yet? I've been reading the teeny weeny print with a microscope and a hawkes eye and I'm thinking we may need to open up an actual now tv account to activate the offer. Very cheeky and misleading from Now TV if so
