Sky news stream worse quality than other channels

The Sky News stream on the Now app on my Samsung TV seems to be worse quality than the other channels I receive.

I have the Now Boost option but Sky News looks noticeably more jerky and juddery than the other channels despite the stream quality reading 7831.

Anyone know why?

The Sky News ticker bar for me on every NOW playback device I have ever tried (which is a lot) has always been jerky with stuttering.

Sorry I don't know of a fix where I have tried forcing 50hz and 60hz on various TV's without any success. 

Perhaps email NOW direct using the email address on this screenshot below.

You could try some motion processing on your TV to see if that reduces things, though I don't use motion processing myself because I can't stand the Soap Opera effect.

I just did a quick search on Google by typing "Sky News ticker juddery" and there was quite a few results with complaints (even on the Sky Satellite platform).
