Is it possible to speak to someone from NOW before ordering

Not on here as the forum is customer to customer based only. You need to call the broadband team.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

Hopefully you have been able to speak to Now, but depending on what you want to ask, we may know the answer.
