Slightly odd one but I have received my activation date for broadband and phone however I am not at my home during this day. Can I just set everything up a day after my activation date no problems? Nothing has been set up as of yet just received the router the other day.

If there is no engineer needed and it's a self install where you can double check by going to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in on here.
Then you can either setup the Router and leave it switched on the day before (though it won't be activated and you won't have any internet) or the day after your activation date when you are back home.
It shouldn't really make any difference.
