I had broadband installed over a week ago but I wasn’t home as the engineer turned up outside the allotted time. I ant get it to work which I think is due to a faulty phone line. I’ve tried to call the helpline 5 times now but my phone cuts the call after 24 minutes wait time so I’m getting nowhere fast. I don’t know if now tv will be able to get someone to look at the phone line or if it needs to be BT. I’ve never used the phone line so it probably hasn’t worked since I bought the house in 2010.
