How do you have no activation date but receiving the router?
Is there a way to see the where are we in the procedure? I can't see any useful information on my account. Even when I'm trying the trouble Shot I get everything is ok (pic of bredband with green light).
You should have been given an activation date, but probably best to call and ask them. Try the number in this link:
