Service not connected

I signed up to receive broadband service and was given 21st Feb as go live date. 

 

Date came and went. No service. 

 

Called on 22nd and told someone would contact me by 25th. They didn’t. 

 

Called on 25th and told would definitely have service by 27th. Still no service. 

 

Called today, 27th Feb, and was told someone will definitely be able to tell me what is happening on 12TH OF MARCH!!!! That’s 3 weeks after I was told the change over would happen.

 

Old service was disconnected on 21st Feb as old provider had been told to do so by Now TV. I had phone line until today but now that’s gone too. 

 

My son can’t do his homework, our tv doesn’t work although I’m sure Now TV will still be collecting for the passes I’m subscribed to and I’ve got a heap of admin I can’t get done. 

 

I would strongly advise against signing up with Now TV for broadband. Ive certainly shared this experience with friends who will be avoiding. I just wish I’d read the reviews before signing up. 

 

What awful customer service. Really disappointed.
