Service down in Manchester

Anyone else experiencing no broadband in Worsley area of Manchester? It’s been down for about 20 hours now and a real pain as I work from home. No information on when it will be fixed

Looking over on Twitter Sky /NOW are still on site currently attempting to fix the problem (see screenshot below).

Thanks @schnapps , that’s really helpful. I’ve just got through to the NowTV helpline and they say it’s a BT Openreach issue out of their hands. Hopefully it will be fixed ASAP. Not easy working on laptop on 4G hotspot

Yep! No broadband or phone since about 3.30pm yesterday. Like you I need to work. I've contacted via social media, checked website, tried to phone but noone can give me an estimate on time this might be resolved. I'm Worsley area too. Getting peed off now.
