Service checker

Hi, my broadband has gone down. Is there a service checker to check status.  The one I googled is for TV and not broadband. I don't have now TV, just broadband.

Hi @Anonymous User 

Go to your online account under Broadband and Calls > Technical checks and it should be able to check your line.

Are you in the Northwest by any chance where I have seen multiple outages tweeted.

Did you find the Technical Checks for Broadband and Calls on your NOW online account? 

If no luck and you have no internet then give the NOW Broadband Team a call, where there is a telephone number on this screenshot below.
