Searching on Now Tv

Has anyone else been faced with No results when using Search. You cant find anything at all. Just always saying No results were found ... when I know the programmes or films are on there? Its happened the last few days and switching it all off and on again doesnt work either

Hi there, yes we have the same problem. We have two NowTV boxes in our house and have the same problem on both. I even did a factory reset on one of them and it still says the same thing, even when searching for films that are definitely there. The error is "No results were found - Have you tried searching with a full word?"

Happens to me all the time, please fix your program/content search, its rubbish and very annoying.
