Scaffolding on my main line

Hi im new to this. My next door neighbours are building a new home and where they are building it is my telephone line. There building a 3 storey high building and every week are pulling my line higher and higher, some parts hung on scaffolding and dome parts inbetween the boards what can i do as they are unapproachable. 

My in house cameras rely on my wifi and im losing connection.

Lines are now closed however, as they operate 8am-8pm.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Personally, I think you need to speak to the building contractors and point out that they are interfering with the Openreach network.

If it's damage to the openreach network, including interference with overhead cables you can report it to openreach here https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/damage-health-and-safety
