Says engineer will come out within 2 days but then does not show anything under My Orders

Hi,

My broadband has been dropping loads for last few weeks. Finally the test found a fault and said we need to send an engineer (but they don't need access to my house). I clicked book an engineer etc. and it said confirmed, track it under my orders. Went to my orders...Nothing 😞

Will they even come or am I being fobbed off? 😄

If the test says it found a problem, it should have flagged it on the system, so there should be an (Openreach) engineer booked, but I would give the helpdesk a ring to check. Number in link below.
