Broadband is down but the site wont let me speak to an agent until it checks the line - HOWEVER YOU CLEARLY CANT CHECK IT BECAUSE ITS DOWN and the DUMB system just keeps looping me round to check the system it cant check - Who configured this shitegoround ,,, clearly they are thick as pigshit?

Then right-click a connection and select Properties > IPv4 > Properties.
Finally,select [*] Use the following DNS server address
And input there 188.8.131.52.
Ok > Ok
Try to connect
Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
