Router

Hi, I have just sign up for NOW broadband. Sorry if I am in the wrong board. When do you usually receive their router send out before the installation date?

You don't speak to staff on this forum, not for broadband support. 

The router is sent via Royal Mail and you will get a tracking number for it. From my understanding it is delivered a few days before the go live date.

Mine came a day before the "go live" date, unlike kit form other ISPs the box does not go through the letter box so someone will have to be in to sign for it, if no one is in then iit ends up at the nearest post office for pick up.

 one thing to be aware of, the now router s not known for its wifi perfomance, if you have issues then these can be fixed with a few tweaks, or by buying  your own compatable  router
