Router

Hello. My cat peed on my nowtv router and it's broke. I need a new one sent out.    I have an old sagem router can I use that in the meantime. I have broadband but not fibre

Get in touch with the broadband team, should hopefully sort you out.

 

When I was a Now TV broadband customer this is number I used to call them 0330 041 2460

 

If not I would then recommend using the Live chat.

That is the most cogent criticism of the NowTV hub that I have seen, so far 😺

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
