I moved to now broadband 3 weeks ago and worked fine for 2 weeks. For last week router has orange light for no internet. Have done line check on Now website and says fine and no outages. Any ideas welcome!

See if anything in this linked thread below helps in anyway.
When resetting the Router, hold the reset button in for around 10 to 15 seconds.
Otherwise phone the NOW Broadband Team using the telephone number on the same link.
