Router security is stopping websites loading

Hi, 

New to Now Broadband but we keep getting errors on our iPhones and iPads that ‘Network security’ is stopping things loading. Sometimes it’s just images and sometimes we can’t get into websites at all. 

none of the websites are dodgy and this never used to happen when we were with Bt. 

does the router have firewall/security settings that I can weaken?  If so, can somebody explain which ones and how?

Could be Broadband Buddy settings on your NOW online account needs to be changed to a different Age rating or switched off.

Or it could be Private Relay in your iOS settings need to be disabled.

the sites aren’t adult sites but I’ve just turned off Broadband Buddy to see if that helps. 

I currently have Private Relay turned off.

I believe the default age rating of Broadband Buddy is 13 and can block a number of commonly used social media websites and Apps, plus other websites and online gaming access from games consoles etc.

Yep. It was set to 13. I’ve now turned it off and will see if this helps. Thanks.
