Hello,
We recently got and install a NowTV router for internet. If in the kitchen, where the router is, it is fine - 36Mbps download and 9Mbps upload. If I walk down the corridor to another room, where I can see literally see the router, the download and upload speeds drop to 3ish. This is about 10 meters away from the router.
Why would this happen? What can I do to fix it?
A friend said I could buy another, better router, but I feel like I shouldn't have to, NowTV should provide equipment that is functional for normal use.
