My new router fails to be delivered constantly , I have no way of re ordering it or finding out why its not arriving my Internet is slow and doesn't reach to the next room without breaking signal, I've been paying for sure fiber for ages but yet still have the old router that doesn't run the super fibre
It will be delivered by Royal Mail. You should have received a link to track delivery.
Call the broadband team to see what’s going on.
NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
Now supply the same router, no matter which of their broadband services you use.
So if you upgrade from one of them to a higher one, you won’t get, or need, a new router for that reason.
You might want to ask Now why your broadband isn’t any faster on the upgraded package, though.
