I am unable to login to my router using the recomeded details
User: admin
password: nowtv
I'm a new customer, Is there a different router now, or has this changed?

Have you tried holding in the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 to 15 seconds to see if it will then accept the NowTV Hub Router webpage login details of admin & nowtv ?
