Hi there,
I signed up for the super fibre package in my new flat. Activation date isn’t until Tuesday 26th September. My router arrived today and the box says ‘brilliant broadband’ which I know is one of the other (cheaper and slower) packages. Do all the router boxes say this? Or have I accidentally been sent the wrong one?

There is only one router that Now supply, for all three of their broadband tiers.
If you find the WiFi range a bit restricted, there is no better Now router to be had, but a Sky SR203, cheaply sourced off eBay, is fully compatible, won’t need reconfiguring, and has much better WiFi.
I’m told…

Unless it says ‘Fab Fibre’ as well, on the cardboard box where we can’t see it, I think I’d be worried too 😢

Personally I don't think whoever decided to have that written on the box, had any idea of the services that Now might be providing.
I wonder what the equivalent Sky router (Sky Q Hub ER115) had written on it?
