Route problems

I was in my router settings to change it to 2gh but then the wireless name changed and now I cant  access my wi fi because the password is not working. What do I do. Can I call someone to fix this. 

My wireless name changed from 

[voucher code removed]

to

NOWTVZVWP7_eb9d

 

And now I  cant access my wi fi

HELP PLEASE

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If you hold in the reset button on the back of the Hub Router for about 10 to 15 seconds, then this should revert the Router back to it's default settings.

 

Then the wireless SSID name and password should be the same has the label underneath the bottom of the Hub Router.
