As per the title really. My rooter was delivered today, was due on the 14th. My line has not been activated and it says on my order tracker that it's due to be active on the 14th with no mention of a delay. Payment yet to be taken.
Any ideas?

@gavs82008 Cheers. I called and they raised a ticket with their "back office" I doubt it will happen today but they've not taken payment so I'm not paying for a service I'm not getting.
