Hi,
I have already recieved my NowTV box but upon ordering it said I do not require an engineer.
However, this is not the case, I do require an engineer visit as I have no working phone line in my house as I recently moved in.
Please could you arrange for an engineer to visit and install the line asap??

When you say there is no working telephone line, is there a BT master socket anywhere in the property ?
If so, the Engineer may be able to carry out the work at the street cabinet to get the telephone line active and no need to access your property.
Normally when an Engineers visit is mentioned in your order it is for access into your property to undertake any necessary internal work.
If it was me i would telephone the NowTV Broadband Team for clarification, you will find their telephone number under the My Account > Orders & Appointments section by clicking the drop down arrow below your live date to reveal the phone number to call.
