I've been trying to remove broadband buddy for ages and everything I seem to do, doesn't work

I am guessing you have tried a different internet browser on another device with a browser on it when attempting to change the age rating on your Broadband Buddy online account settings ?
A couple of forum members in the past had problems changing their Broadband Buddy settings and had to contact the NOW Broadband Team for them to change it their end on the customers behalf.
