Remove a device

I know it says you can’t remove a device but someone is using my now tv pass on their device and I can’t now watch. It says stop streaming on other device but I don’t have access to this as it’s been hacked. 

how do I fix this? It’s so frustrating.

In that case the user had had a membership bought on his account (and therefore on his dime), which hasn’t happened to you, but everything there is pretty applicable to when you are just having your account piggy-backed on, and there is the ever-present risk your cling-on may do that, so set a Payment PIN tout suite (see my sig below).

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
