Red Button -

I have sky sports with Now TV sports package along with boost. Am I able to use the red button? If so can anyone help with instructions of how easy it is to use. I am wanting to watch Leeds United V Hull City tonight but not sure if I am able to. Thanks

What playback devices will you be using? 

Where PC / Mac, mobile phones and tablets don't currently support NOW Bonus Streams.

Also you need a Monthly Sports Membership and not Day Sports Membership or Mobile Membership to watch Bonus Streams.

If you have a suitable supported device, then from the NOW App home screen, click "Sport" very top line, then the screen should refresh to the dedicated Sports section, then navigate right down to the very bottom of the screen to find the NOW Bonus Streams.

Thank you. I am not very technical sorry. I have a monthly Now TV sports membership.

I just watch it on my tv, no tablet pc or anything.

I went to the Now app on my tv and to the sports section and the screen did refresh but then could not find anything that said Now Bonus streams so maybe I am unable to watch it.

Hi @Helenmc 

Your monthly Sports Membership should be fine.

If you are using a TV with the NOW App on it, then there is a good chance it supports Bonus Streams.

The Bonus Streams don't appear until closer to kick off.

Yesterday's EFL games on Bonus Streams appeared at around 6.30pm last night.

Just keep checking closer to the kick off time, where in the past sometimes Bonus Streams don't appear until right close to kick off time.

Hopefully you will be fine.

Hi @Helenmc 

There is an FAQ on this linked article below on what devices support Bonus Sports Streams.

Android TV and Chromecast Google TV should also be on the list, but is missing.

Even with Boost you only get 720p 25fps when watching a Bonus Stream.

Hi @Helenmc 

Might be worth checking again, where Bonus Streams thumbnails have just popped up on my NOW App under the bottom of the Sport section.

The Bonus Streams won't play until just before the live kick off time and you will have to watch the stream in real time.
