Recurring broadband issues



Since moving into a new home and setting up with NOW for broadband I am experiencing frequent loss of connection.


Usually happens a couple of times a day, where the router will go offline (not power off, just lose internet connection). Most times it comes back in a couple of minutes and fixes itself but given work from home this is extremely disruptive!


How can I submit this info to be investigated by NOW as it seems to be a line-related problem. The router has been factory reset multiple times during these loss of connection events and doesn't seem to help resolve the issue.

Assuming you’ve been with NOW longer than 10 days I would suggest to call the broadband team.
