Hi All
i have received an SMS stating my router will be delivered tomorrow, after having an engineering date cancel 14 days back now.
I now do not have any appointments or orders visible yet am told the router is on the way.
ive actually sourced the line from elsewhere as there have been too many delays but cannot see anything to cancel now, just receiving comms for kit and installs!
help.

You need to call the broadband team. As we are just customers like you it will be speculation and trying to point you in the right direction.
