Really Bad Customer services

Why did I join Now TV and Broadband, Should of been connected on 1stApril,then it changed to the 3rdApril with promises saying wait till 12pm,Never happened thus had to call AGAIN and waste time as never get any Feedback or follow up calls thus now get told wait another 72hrs without connection to see what's happening,WORST EVER think rather check other providers, and Don't really care that I Would have no connection for 2wks if I cancel my order as Never happens thus I have to chase it up
