Just signed up with NOW TV for phone and broadband and went live on Tuesday. The internet seems to be okay, enough for my needs anyway, but as where I live doesn't have a mobile phone signal the landline is vital. It's on and I can make and receive calls without a problem, however, although the person I am speaking with can hear me clearly I cannot hear them! It's very very quiet and I have tried to increase the volume on my handset with no improvement.
I can't call NOW TV as I cannot hear them and the live chat seems to be unmanned every time I try to use it. Any ideas? I can't use the phone if I can't hear anyone on the other end and must have a working line due to medical issues.
I'm not highly technically minded but my daughter is and she cannot find a solution either so far.
