I'm logged into my account and I click on the match I want to watch, and nothing happens, baring my cursor turning into a little wheel briefly. There's no error notification.
Could someone help me with this please?

Because you mentioned a cursor are you using a PC / Mac when attempting to watch NOW ?
If so are you using something like BitDefender software with it ?
