My broadband went live on Monday 5 October, but since I want to check what speeds I am receiving I tried to access the service status. I am unable to do this since I get the message "You're waiting for an order or booking Sorry, we can't check your broadband service while you're waiting for a new NOW Broadband Hub or an engineer visit." This message still appears, three days after going live. How do I work around this?

I do not have Now TV Broadband. So I can only help on assumptions.
To ask a daft question, can I assume you have your broadband working?
Are these messages you are seeing from your Now TV Account?
