I have placed order for NOW Broadband connection on Dec 25 and engineer visit has booked on Jan 13. I felt, it's too late. Am looking to install early as I don't have alternate WiFi connection as am in new house. What's the procedure to prepone the engineer visit to set up as much as early?

I assumed there was a typo in your heading, I had no idea that prepone was an actual word. It's apparently an Indian addition to the English language.
Unfortunately the actual connection is made by Openreach and with Christmas and New Year holidays they are probably very busy so it's unlikely it can be brought forward.
