Up to Saturday was fine since then I am constantly getting slow internet, tv keeps freezing pixelating, caching and saying no signal. We are restarting router and NowTV boxes daily. Think it must have taken more than half hour to get this wrtten!! A telephone number would be so helpful!!!!
Welcome to the forum. There is a telephone number available for broadband customers, I'd recommend you give them a call and they can take you through a few troubleshooting steps and check your line and hub to see what's happening.
