Poor service

I am disgusted with the customer service I just received!! I had been on hold for over 30 minutes to only have the guy hang up on me whilst he had me on hold again to check my line connection!

I have had nothing but bad luck with my broadband...some one came out to "fix" the router but that did nothing...someone came to check a box outside my house when I wasn't there and it did nothing...

My internet is slow and won't connect to anything in my house for more then 2 minutes. Cannot watch anything except freeview channels. 

I asked the man if I could have a replacement hub as we have had ours for years and thinking it's getting old. But no one will give me a straight answer! I am not calling again to wait for half hour. Not happy at all. If we can't get a straight answer then I think we need to change providers which will be a shame as we have never had issues with Now Tv.
