Poor condition

I can only get internet in the 1 room where the hub is and I'm not sure where to report this too

How long have you been a broadband customer for? 
If it’s 10+ days then give the team a call, number is in my signature below. 

Assuming you’ve tried to do a factory reset to the router?


You could always try sitting the Wi-Fi bands, although this will help speed more than coverage. Worth trying though.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Check your modem/router position as this will have an effect, if you can dont put it on the floor, in a window ledge, near a TV, fish tank, as this will have an efect.

 it should be placed as central as possible.


Next download an app called wifi analyzer ( android) and use that tho check the signal
