Poor Onboarding

I am a new Now customer,

My first activation date was initially delayed, I thought OK it happens, the second date has now been and gone still nothing. 

I got no contact about further delays it just never got switched on.

I called them to be told that they don't know what the issues are and now I've been told I I've have to wait a further 72 hours just so that I can be told what further delays I can expect now.

Everyone I've spoke to on the phone has been lovely.

But I have to say I am not impressed as a new customer.

Sorry to see this, but there is every chance that this is down to delays by Openreach doing the necessary network switching work as they do for most ISPs. I can only suggest that your persevere with the customer services team for updates, I am delighted to see that they have at least been "lovely."  🙂

One thing to console yourself with is that you should be entitled to compensation for the delay in your go live date, see here:
