Poor Connection/Poor Customer service

My connection is very poor at times. Not really that far from the router and signal goes down. Been with NowTv for about 2months nearly and no one ever showed up for there appointment been researching and apparently i get £25 back for every missed appointment but no way to contact them. And my broadband payment says i’ve payed but then a few weeks later says i owe them money. don’t have an issue or i’m not going to leave a bad review as the prices are good and when the service you provide is working it’s not too bad. just hoping someone gets in touch and sorts this out for me ASAP, i know it’s hard due to the current pandemic but sky and all major companies are slowly managing. i am also a key worker so don’t spend a lot of time trying to sort this stuff out.

This option is just for complaints though there is a phone number at least and by the time you get through to person.. trust me, you will be complaining !
