Phoneline not working

Our mum is an 82 year old lady who is nearing the end of her life and vulnerable,  as of Friday 18th February her phone has not been able to get calls out or in, AGAIN, according to nowtv technical checks everything is OK, last time this happened they DID NOT EVEN REPORT IT AS URGENT TO OPENREACH, now we can't even contact now tv to report it, and AGAIN A VULNERABLE ELDERLY PERSON IS WITHOUT  A PHONE FOR EMERGENCY OR CONTACT

Ask Now Broadband to ring her, if they think the line is OK.

 

Contact them on her behalf on the number given in line 1 of my sig below.

 

Are her neighbour’s phones OK, though? Storm Eunice has caused a lot of disruption; could this be related?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
