Phone

I have been without my phone now for five weeks and I cannot get my free view to be accepted as it constantly says wrong password. I am so distraught by the lack of concern and payments are still beingtaken

Not sure what the phone has to do with free view, but have you reported the phone problem to Now, and if so what are they saying?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Thank you but can’t do this have to cancel through Nowtv and that’s proving very difficult

Are we talking about TV memberships or broadband itself?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
