The internet isn’t working orange light on the set up is correct though getting messages saying it isn’t how do I fix it or who do you ring to solve it?

Check the wiring between the Router and BT Telephone master socket and if everything is still connected and the wire hasn't come loose, then try pressing the reset button on the back of the Router for 10 seconds.
Should nothing happens and the middle light is still amber, then give the NowTV Broadband a call (use the telephone number in this link page below).
