When I set up our contract nowTV said that I would be able to keep our previous landline number. However I have since found out that I have been switched to a new phone number. I would like to go back to my previous number but have no way of contacting nowTV to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions?
When you signed up - assuming this was online did you:
Enter your phone number into the availability checker
tick the box to say i want to keep my number - and put the number into the little box thats not that easy to spot as well ?
