Hoping someone can help
I've just moved into a new house 10 days agi to coincide with the move I've had to switch broadband supplier.
Today the switch over occured,my phone line works fine I can make and recieve calls, however the broadband does not work.
I have tried the trouble shooting and it says I need to book an engineer,this is have done but takes 2 working days and I'm fearful that after having to spend 10 days with no internet we won't have anything over Xmas (most of the stuff in our home relies on Internet connectivity, for example my Sonos), is there anything I can try?
The previous owners had bt broadband with no issues

Phone the NowTV Broadband Team for an update.
You will find their telephone number by going to My Account > Orders & Appointments on here when signed in and click on the drop down arrow below live date.

Got to wait for open reach engineer.
This is sooo frustrating,
I can't believe it's a line fault as the phone line works.

All fixed had the engineer out today, the 3rd party that open reach used to do the switch had wired the broadband incorrectly.
Only issue now is I only get 22-25mb broadband and not the advertised 36mb.
I know the 36 is max advertised but I can't see anywhere that states what the average is for my area
