Phone line voicemail turned off

Set up account for broadband and calls. Voicemail has been switched off. How can I switch it back on again? TIA

Thanks for trying to help but I already tried what you suggested to no
avail, When I phoned it is a press a key option system with not a human in
sight and none
of the options mentioned voicemail (and I tried them all ). I also tried
several times to talk to someone online but it says no one available every
time (crap outfit)

What number did you call? Because the broadband team is a free from 0800 number.

Thanks for your help once again. The freephone number was the one that I
tried several times but kept saying no one was available. I have sent an
email so I will have to see what the reply is, if I get one. Who would
think it is so hard to get voicemail switched on

You are right in sending an email. Hopefully they will let you know what needs done on your end if anything.

I have a new broadband and calls contract with Now. All is ok except voicemail on my landline.. A recorded message says voicemail is switched off, ask Sky to switch it on. I have spent ages on the Now website, but no luck
