Can anyone help me. My broadband is working fine, but my phone line has stopped working. When I click on check my phone line on the NOW TV website it says my phone line is fine. It definitely isn’t. It was crackly for a couple of days and is now dead. I’ve tried to contact open reach and they say they will only speak to us if we’ve gone through our NOW TV provider, but I can’t work out how I can speak to anyone from NOW TV. Anyone had this problem before?
