My phone line is not working properly. When I call it from my mobile I get nothing but when I call from my landline to my mobile a different number shows up on the caller ID. Its like my number has been changed. I checked the fault checker on this site and it says there is an issue but doesn't say what I'm supposed to do next.

Sounds like we have the same problem I have perfect Internet but my phone doesn’t work at all have you managed to get it sorted out
